Tom, I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service that you have been providing our firm for the last several years. The hardest thing for any property management company is to find a hard working team that always comes through for you when they are most needed and I have to say, I think you team has far out performed your competitors.  We have a difficult task with the responsibility of over 200 commercial and multi-family properties but with relationships with groups like yours, we will continue to succeed.

Throughout the years Tom and his company have performed many remodeling projects for my wife and I on both our commercial properties and on our home. Tom continues to do quality work at a fair price. Projects completed include kitchen remodel, installing 2 large skylights in living room and one in the kitchen, painting inside of home, building an outdoor bathroom near swimming pool, help create a new “man cave”, paint the exterior and install new metal roof at Lakehome, and construction of two apartments.

These projects are over a ten year period and I will continue to call Tom for any construction needs for years to come.

We originally contacted Liberty Hill Construction to repair some severe hail damage.  After getting into the project, he discovered damage not related to the hail storm.  Mr. McGrath repaired our house and made several improvements that have made the home more serviceable and comfortable.  All was done with professionalism and at a reasonable cost.
